RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be a key member of Gong’s Frontend Guild, working alongside talented frontend engineers from across the company
- Build and own high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly frontend features, from idea to production
- Collaborate with product and UX partners from wireframes through implementation
- Take part in architecture huddles and help define how we build for scale and speed
- Keep growing your skills with access to internal workshops, external guest speakers, and dedicated learning time
- Help us turn big product ideas into polished, high-performance SaaS experiences
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building modern web applications
- A strong sense of ownership — you care about quality, performance, and user experience
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript and professional experience with React
- Bonus: familiarity with backend languages like Java, Node.js, or C#
- Experience building cloud-based applications that scale
- A solid understanding of design systems and reusable components
- You’re a fast learner, self-motivated, and excited to collaborate in a high-performing team
