- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in Java or C++.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with the Google infrastructures (e.g., Borg, BigTable, Spanner, Sawmill, Dremel, Flume, Monarch, Goops).
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience using Google infrastructure to design and develop logging clients, data pipelines, back-end services, or front-end web applications.
- Experience with telemetry frameworks such as Westworld, Clearcut, Mendel.
- Experience with data storage and processing tools such as Sawmill, Flume, Dremel, Spanner.
- Experience in developing production-grade Android applications, services and user interfaces.
- Experience in SQL and reporting/dashboarding.
- Experience with Gerrit, Git, repo/submodules.
