What you'll do

  • Support the Project Controlling team in Controlling and Accounting related topics, such as month end closing, forecasting, master data management and reporting
  • Project support across the various initiatives in BAC Services to ensure adequate quality through the consolidation of data, preparation and creation of analyses and subsequent reports and presentations
  • Support the project teams in all project-related tasks during project planning, rollout, and monitoring phases and the reporting on progress
  • Support the creation of process documentation and publication on SAP internal platforms, such as newsletters or onboarding documents.
  • Proactive interaction and communication with team members, managers, and other internal customers in an international environment

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences of business administration, business information systems or adjacent disciplines
  • First working experience in Finance & Controlling is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office products (especially Excel, PowerPoint) is a requirement. First experiences in Business Intelligence systems are advantageous.
  • Team player with good communication skills, but also with the ability to work independently.
  • Good analytical and process-oriented thinking pattern.
  • Time management skills and able to work under pressure
  • High customer-orientation coupled with pronounced quality awareness and preciseness
  • Very good language skills in English
