Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience developing relationships with customers, working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions.
6 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
6 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns.
5 years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams.
Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSPs), digital video, programmatic media.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with programmatic advertising, ad operations, and measurement platforms.
Experience leading teams with technical aspects of digital and programmatic advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
Experience leading and inspiring teams.
Experience leading and communicating about best practice solutions to inculcate a culture of learning and having an impact at scale.
Knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Marketing Platform, in particular Display and Video 360.
Ability to successfully navigate and influence within a complex business environment.
