Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process filings for all types of collateral financing using our internal system, Cord. Ensure accuracy and completeness of filings.
Adhere to weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines and reporting requirements.
Respond promptly to emails from customers and departments, addressing inquiries about UCC filings such as reasons for filing, termination requests, and contact information.
Maintain organized and accurate records of all UCC filings and related documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of experience in leasing or other financial operations activities
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UCC filings and knowledge of the Universal Commercial Code.
Familiarity with equipment financing and related collateral documentation
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the leasing or finance industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management abilities to meet stringent deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and office software; experience with filing systems like Cord is a plus.
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
