As a Senior Advanced Technical Product Owner / Energy Audit here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing guidance through the product lifecycle, ensuring technical solutions are developed and delivered on schedule. You will collaborate with product management to align solutions with market and customer demand. You will be responsible for mitigating technical risks associated with new product development and providing rapid issue resolution to minimize disruption. Through effective team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive risk management, you will contribute to the organization's competitiveness by delivering high-quality, market-relevant products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technical requirements related Building automation and Sustainability domain
• Drive the development of technical specifications and ensure alignment with the overall product strategy
• Provide technical guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle
• Work closely with the Technical Product Owner Manager to ensure timely and successful product delivery
• Actively participate in product planning and roadmap discussions

MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in a Technical Product Owner role or similar technical leadership position
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile principles
• Experience in working with Commercial, End Customers and Operations teams in driving the end-to-end commercialization of SaaS offering
• Experience in building licensable SaaS based Software Solutions for building automation industry
• Experience in Establishing a Baseline for Building Energy Use as certified Energy Auditor/Manager
• Knowledge of IPMVP/ASHRAE Standards
