As a Product Solutions Associate your role is to support PMO’s execution of a significant Middle Office / Collateral multi-year mandate and will include the coordination and management of tasks supporting the client on-boarding. Responsibilities include program planning, monitoring workstream status, coordination of interdependencies and client requests. The candidate will work closely with Product Development, Product Management, Operations and Technology partners, both internally and with the client.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support creation and delivery of program communications across all levels
- Schedule, prepare materials and publish minutes for both internal and external meetings
- Identify and action priority items within appropriate timeframes; escalate appropriately, driving through to resolution
- Manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, issues, and risks through coordination and collaboration across project workstreams to monitor and track progress
- Build relationships with both internal and external clients
- Manage PMO SharePoint site
- Look to modify / iterate processes and procedures to improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in Financial Services industry
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel (vlookups, etc.), and PowerPoint
- Strong time management skills, with an ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work with many different individuals and partner effectively with different groups
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Team player, professional and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently with strong follow through
- Extended hours, including weekends, may be required during conversions
- Adaptability- willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
