As a Product Manager in the Board team, you'll support efforts to streamline how teams create, validate, and maintain consistent data standards throughout their workflows. You'll focus on developing user-friendly features that simplify data governance, enhance compliance, and improve overall data quality for our users.
- Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap for data validation and standardization across the monday.com platform.
- Engage with users to understand their challenges around data quality and governance, turning insights into valuable product features.
- Work collaboratively with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Assist in cross-functional communication and alignment on product priorities, milestones, and updates.
- Continuously analyze user feedback and product analytics to enhance features and optimize user experiences around data validation.
Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably focused on data-driven products or data governance.
- Proven ability to create intuitive solutions that simplify complex processes.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise products is a plus, especially in data-intensive environments.
- Proactive and adaptable, comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
