You will make sure that we develop a connected data flow and integrated view of the product data throughout its lifecycle across traditionally siloed functional perspectives. A sophisticated change management is a key aspect of this solution, which helps to plan, to manage and to document those changes.

What you’ll do:

• Understand concepts, specifications and high-level design, product architecture and suggest improvements and changes wherever necessary.
• Implement design using appropriate technology, ensuring high quality through test-driven-development, peer reviews, manual and automated unit tests.
• Self-learn new technologies and apply those in the product development in an integrated fashion.
• Shall work with Architect very closely and support him in technical design or provide design concept to team in close collaboration with Architect.

• Work independently for technical concepts and does not solely on architect.
• Work with teams across organizational and geographical boundaries to design and develop the state-of-the-art architecture for SAP applications in S/4 HANA and cloud.

• Ensure High quality standards of the product.

• Author/Contribute to detailed design specifications and lead reviews to conform to software development processes.

What you bring:

• Master/ bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related
• 5+ years of experience in professional software development, preferably within a scrum team

• Very good software development skills in ABAP, Java and JavaScript, Exposure to UI5, Fiori, SAP BTP, BOPF, Draft, RAP, ODATA.
• Eager to write high quality code and are familiar with agile development methods.
• Passionate about applying your analytical skills to crack “hard nuts” and step out of your comfort zone if needed.
• Collaboration skills to work with others and sharing your knowledge and ideas.
• Desirous to take responsibility for organizing and developing yourself.
• Detailed knowledge of the PLM core processes is and added advantage.
