In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics

  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

  • Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

  • Provide work direction to lessexperienced Strategyand Execution staff

  • Consult with management and business partners on matters of significance regarding strategic approaches, effectiveness of the function, and business performance improvement opportunities.

  • Facilitate strategic planning efforts, including but not limited to the established of OKRs and common objectives and initiative tracking

  • Plan operating model enhancements involving data collection, business analysis and independent research

  • Develop outcome based, reporting routines to enable consistent, holistic storytelling

  • Partner with Group Portfolio Delivery stakeholders and business SMEs to effectively execute on transformational projects, establish tracking, and secure any required project management support (as needed)

  • Participate in or lead cross-functional project meetings to document, prioritize, and coordinate project execution activities, ensuring all impacted parties are aware of the progress of the project and any hindrances to meeting the group's goals

  • Provide direction and vision to the development team from the beginning (requirement gathering) to end(implementation/delivery)of the project

  • Update target operating model and implementation plan content based on feedback and prioritized efforts

  • Monitor transformation initiatives for alignment with Strategic Plan and provide credible challenge to business partners regarding initiatives that fall outside of plan

  • Present business performance data, project updates, and strategic improvement ideas to Sr Leadership using reporting or presentation tools (PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

  • Establish priorities and drive accountability for assigned initiatives, assisting to ensure solutions are designed, integrated and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriate.

  • Work with key internal and/or external partners, possibly including vendor representatives or risk partners, to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of credit bureau functions and/or associated laws (FCRA, FACTA)

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Financial Services Industry Experience

  • Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements

  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs

  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions

  • Ability to identify business needs and deliver solutions in close partnership with line of business and technology

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence & Clarity PPM tools

Job Expectations:

  • Flexible schedule, primarily in the mid-shift however flexible due to the nature of the support role including weekend support
