As our Corporate Receptionist you’ll:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to reception in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Offer tea/coffee/water to clients & visitors and arrange WiFi set up for clients
  • Answer internal and external calls on MS Teams.
  • Staff Access card Management
  • Carpark Access for clients and Staff
  • Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen to ensure a clean and professional space.
  • Hospitality Management, including office supplies of fruit, milk, and office beverages.
  • Coordinate events & functions, create name tags & other marketing material required, book rooms, catering, arrange room set up.
  • Mail, Couriers and Print Room services
  • Order Office Stationery & First Aid supplies and arrange document destruction collections
  • Fully trained and active fire warden & first aider
  • Other duties as directed by the Workplace Supervisor / Regional Workplace Manager

  • Office administration & hospitality experience
  • Experience with M/S Office Suite in particular Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and OneNote
  • Excellent time management, communication and organisation skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
  • Adaptable, flexible, reliable and attention to detail
  • Outgoing team player who is willing to help out where required
  • Administration and Hospitality Experience
