Citi Services includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of Liquidity, Payments and Trade/Working Capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly mid-sized corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition of the Digital transformation agenda, setting the investment plan and roadmap across TWCS products aligned with the business’ strategic goals

• Transform existing simple product design into a dynamic, multi dimensional, digital product engineering

• Leverage emerging product engineering and design methods to modernize current product delivery

• Manage the execution and delivery of the objective and key results of technology investment assigned to digital transformation like Digital Onboarding, Architecture modernization, client experience, process automation

• Drive the adoption of Agile methodology and act as Product Manager in the group responsible for Digital transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities or automation, process optimization, and enhanced customer experience

• Drive in partnership with technology leadership the adoption of digital technologies applicable to Trade business

• Partner with Operations and Technology leadership to design and implement scalable digital solutions to improve client experience, streamline product processing and improve operational efficiency

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives, and regularly report progress to senior management

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory development related to digital solutions in Trade business, and incorporate relevant insights into technology strategy

• Drive reporting and/or quality improvements through partnership with stakeholders

• Ensure appropriate dashboards and metrics are maintained and published in appropriate forums

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or a related field. Master's degree preferred

• 8+ years of experience in consulting companies, financial services, with 5+ years in leadership roles

• Experience with digital product engineering and in leading digital transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services industry

• Trade and/or transactional banking experience and product knowledge

• Be passionate by technology and its adoption to promote business transformation

• Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodology, and ability to prioritize tasks, manage resource, meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment

• Experience working in global organizations with often competing priorities

• Ability to work across collaborative teams and execute efficiently

• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset capable to develop long-term plans to achieve business goals

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, metrics, synthesize and distil complex information for senior audiences

• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization and different geographies

• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
