In this role, you will:
- Supervise project associates, analysts and less experienced project managers in providing oversight of multiple groups to identify requirements, develop project strategies, prepare business cases and assign low complexity tasks to ensure timely completion, quality and compliance within change management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assign tasks for project control and risk management in low complexity functions
- Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to individual performance, leadership objectives, network performance, risk management, competencies in learning agility under direction of change management while leveraging interpretation of compliance with government regulations or companywide policies
- Collaborate with and consult with peers, mid-level managers, sponsors and stakeholders to understand needs and issues
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Project Management
- Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Project Management, Stakeholder Management and People Management is required
- Should have experience in managing projects in the financial sector
Job Expectations:
- Amenable to work onsite (Taguig) and US shift
Must be willing to work on night shift and work in the office based on organization's requirement
