As part of our team, you will help clients to improve the performance of their supply chain. Working with EY GDS -SC&O proprietary frameworks, you will help clients to improve reliability, flexibility and responsiveness of their supply chain triggering total cost reduction.

Your key responsibilities

• Leading projects related to Blue Yonder/JDA software including global solution design, system implementation, testing and configuration in line with client requirements
• Work with the extended teams and/or clients to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation
• Design planning solutions, create operating models, leading workshops & fit gap assesments (as is vs to be)
• Translate business requirements into practical technical functionalities provided in OMP, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.
• Review and validate data and further build optimization models, analytical reports and presentations
• Provide solutions to unstructured problems
• Continuous upskilling to acquire planning capabilities for planning software OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in planning systems and processes
• Capability to work on big set of data with analytical thinking mindset to drive proper action plans
• Ability to work independently and proactivelyspecialization in a specific sector (CPG/FMCG, Automotive, Pharma, etc.) will be an added advantage

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, MD, APO modules) and/or JDA and/or Kinaxis and/or OMP and/or Aera
• Proven supply / distribution / production planning and scheduling skills
• Understanding of demand planning, S&OP, inventory management and process reengineering
• Experience with analytical tools such as Python, Llamasoft, SQL will be an added asset

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
• Experience how to run Agile & Waterfall Projects in collaborative style
