• Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP FICO domain.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in SAP FICO administration with focus on Level 2 support
• Good understanding of SAP FICO Administration principles and concepts
• Good analytical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional effectively in a team environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a global setting with multi-regional teams, understanding cultural nuances and time zone differences and across shifts
• Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements
