Contract Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contract administration for engineering projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and mitigating risks associated with contractual obligations.Prepare and maintain documentation related to contract administration activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and related legal frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
