System Integration and Verification Engineer
Job DescriptionYou will join a team that is developing a Patient Monitoring solution in close cooperation with clinical partners. You will be involved in improving our HW/SW test framework by identifying opportunities for automation and participating in the development of new protocols and tools.
Your role:
- Concludes on available data to monitor progress, identify risk, and judge release readiness and release quality.
- Automation skills: Develops scripts for automation.
- Deep knowledge on the IT equipment and applications, i.e. servers, PCs, OS, etc.
- Deep knowledge on the IT software products, i.e. Anti-malware, VMware
- Has ownership of test design, reusable test protocols and test procedures to ensure complete functional and non-functional test coverage.
- Stakeholder management within and beyond own team, e.g. functional managers, project manager, systems engineers/ development engineers, external test labs, customers.
- Reviews product requirements, designs and product changes from a test point of view and liaises with stakeholders resulting in a testable and maintainable systems and converts requirements into test designs
- Creates, reviews and optimizes test designs, reusable test protocols, and test procedures to ensure complete functional and non-functional test coverage for multiple project and/or products concurrently.
- Develops and conducts tests to verify functionality (performance, reliability, security, compliance,…) based on a risk-based strategy, against the design input requirements. Formally reports this. Documents test plans, protocols, and reports.

You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor of Science or related technical degree, or equivalent professional engineering experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in professional engineering.

- Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Cambridge, MA.
