Responsibilities:
● Oversee payroll processing for over 200 employees
● Oversee payroll and time registration systems
● Continuous improvement of payroll processes and procedures
● Maintain the Equal Pay System and manage annual audits
● Analyze local compensation and benefits programs
● 3+ years experience in payroll processing
● Significant experience using Kjarni and/or H3
● Knowledge of time registration systems is a plus
● Strong data and analytical skill sets
● Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
● High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with confidential information
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
