The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.As a Software Engineering Manager you will be managing and mentoring scrum teams, as well as leading initiatives, in our Retail Lending and Operations organization. Some of the responsibilities of the role may include, but not limited to: Managing teams, managing budgets, providing assistance debugging applications, troubleshooting, and potential escalations.

- Oversees multiple application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
