Assist the Division Manager and Area Directors in sales, marketing, identifying new market opportunities and other business development activities
Work with area Directors on integration of sales processes, and assist in other sales and marketing programs such as Division and National campaigns and Client Experience
Manage Division consumer pipeline products
Coach area Managers and Branch Managers to guide staff in improving sales and customer experience
Partner with peers in other lines of business to maintain relationships with customers and optimize results
Develop and maintain relationships with Sales Directors and circulate best practices from the Division
Communicate messages and priorities, such as business strategy, customer offers, and marketing campaigns to staff
Develop and maintain key relationships and business contacts within the community and targeted industry segments to create growth opportunities
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience within sales or marketing management required
Working knowledge of Financial Industry
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated sales management skills
Ability to facilitate coaching, training, and meeting sessions
Ability to quickly grasp technical financial information
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
