Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience designing and implementing Planning and Forecasting systems.
8 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
Experience in working with systems that manage sensitive data and with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls and change management processes.
Experience defining and identifying new opportunities to improve domain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ability to plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems solutions related to Anaplan or other planning and forecasting tools.
Excellent technical analysis skills to translate business requirements into solution architecture.
Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Anaplan) and data and Financial Planning and Analysis with implementing planning tools.
