What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Performing inspection, and functional checks of Tesla vehicles in accordance to Tesla standards
- Safely operate a variety of hand, power, and workshop tools
- Perform equipment inspections, and adjustments as necessary
- Maintain records of time, expenses and materials
- Order shop supplies and parts
- Help maintain cleanliness of shop floor
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Support technicians in other parts of the business where needed
- The ideal candidate is technical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to pro-actively communicate with all employees and works well in a fast-paced environment
- PDI related experience preferred
- Experience with methods, techniques, parts, tools and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles
- Experience with operating and maintenance of a wide variety of hand, power and shop tools
- Experience with vehicle test equipment and ability to follow diagnostic processes an advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders, this includes third parties
- Maintain and perform top level professional integrity and appearance as a Vehicle Readiness Specialist
- Flexibility towards a fast-changing environment and processes
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and insurable
- The responsibilities of this position may change over time – this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
