Key Responsibilities
Manages amulti-campus/multi-buildingfacility and oversees the planning construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, grounds, and facilities. Ensures that building codes and safety standards are maintained.
Establishes and maintains standard methods and processes of capital budgeting and reporting, real estate transaction management and lease administration.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Foresees the impact of evolving change upon existing operating plans and budgets. Directs through subordinate managers, the development of operating expense and capital budgetary strategies to effectively accommodate significant changes to business conditions, opportunities, and requirements.
Selects, develops, and evaluates a personnel group of 15-20 to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
