As the “SDR Operations Specialist - Americas” you will be part of the Global Marketing Operations Team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing Operations, supporting the Americas SDR/BDR team and management. You will be the source of knowledge and best practices amongst the Americas regional teams, supporting sales strategies to help them succeed.
As a Sales Development Operations Specialist in JFrog you will...- Support the SDR and BDR Teams in the Americas
- Provide day-to-day “tier 1” support for individual SDRs and BDRs with workflow issues, requirements, and prospecting activities
- Ensure compliance with global processes and KPI tracking for monthly/quarterly and annual targets
- Provide ongoing support with outbound account list creation and assignment, contact & account mapping, and optimization.
- Ensure Lead Quality and Prioritization Route leads and account assignment for individual SDRs and BDRs
- Identify and set up outbound target accounts
- Collaborate closely with the Demand Generation team to provide feedback on MQLs and campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify prospecting opportunities
- Conduct bi-weekly reviews with SDR/BDR managers on team KPIs, activity, and performance, including providing recommendations on future efficiency gains and productivity improvements
- Generate Insights through Dashboards and Reports
- Build SFDC reports for MQLs and open pipeline and run conversion analysis for inbound, outbound funnels, and account assignment
- Create individual SDR/BDR SFDC reports and track activity against KPIs
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment
- Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes and improve inbound and outbound lead funnels
- Research and analyze data to create marketing SDR/BDR attainment forecasts
- Identifying target customer and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and conversion trends
- Business Requirements : Collaborate with other departments and management to identify emerging business requirements and capability needs for the Americas SDR and BDR teams
- Enablement and Adoption
- Help onboard and enable SDR team members with tools and automated workflows to increase sales efficiency
- Partner with SalesDev Managers to drive improvements and manage SalesLoft cadences and driftbot playbooks
- Collaborate with the global enablement function to develop training programs, materials, and resources to help the SDR/BDR teams improve their skills and knowledge
To be a Sales Development Operations Specialist in JFrog you need...- 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or marketing operations function supporting a growing sales development team
- Proficiency in SFDC (CRM Platform) reporting and dashboard creation and Excel (i.e. Pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
- Experience working with sales development tools (i.e. Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and new prospecting strategies
- Strong collaboration and listening skills to evaluate ongoing SDR/BDR team performance and provide training when necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; enthusiasm, integrity, and commitment to excellence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…- At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
- This position has a base salary range between $100,000 to $115,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
- This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
