Responsibilities:
Partner with the GWS Tools Product Manager and other internal business partners to fully understand customers challenges
Analyze business partners’ existing systems
Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
Translate customer requirements into highly developed requirements document
Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical suitability
Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacementSystems.
Responsible for the Workplace applications security and legal compliance auditing
Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technicalcompatibility and user satisfaction
Oversee implementation of new applications
Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines
Support users on change management
Keep up to date with technical and industry developments
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or comparable relevant work experience
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements and develop them into concrete technical requirements
5+ years of work experience in a similar position
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Strong ability to align business and technical requirements
Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns to inform decision making
Ability to lean quickly and contribute to a team effort
Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
Self-motivated and highly organized, with an ability to inspire and deliver in a fast-pacedenvironment
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills; ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Business awareness and initiative - understanding of business processes and how applications support them.
(Optional) Experience with enterprise-level workplace applications and compliance frameworks.
The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
