Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GWS Tools Product Manager and other internal business partners to fully understand customers challenges

• Analyze business partners’ existing systems

• Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems

• Translate customer requirements into highly developed requirements document

• Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for technical suitability

• Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacementSystems.

• Responsible for the Workplace applications security and legal compliance auditing

• Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technicalcompatibility and user satisfaction

• Oversee implementation of new applications

• Plan and work flexibly to meet deadlines

• Support users on change management

• Keep up to date with technical and industry developments

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or comparable relevant work experience

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements and develop them into concrete technical requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position

• Understanding of the software development life cycle

• Strong ability to align business and technical requirements

• Excellent analytical skills - ability to analyze complex data and identify patterns to inform decision making

• Ability to lean quickly and contribute to a team effort

• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects

• Self-motivated and highly organized, with an ability to inspire and deliver in a fast-pacedenvironment

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills; ability to manage expectations and explain technical details.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Business awareness and initiative - understanding of business processes and how applications support them.

• (Optional) Experience with enterprise-level workplace applications and compliance frameworks.

The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
