As an executive assistant, your experience in business communication will empower you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and senior leaders. Your key responsibilities

  • Strategically organize and manage complex diaries, including travel and accommodation
  • Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines and policies
  • Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and room reservations
  • Leadership in Event Management coordination and logistics
  • Prepare and revise documents including presentations, emails, reports, and agendas
  • Provide high-level support to a group of Partners and Executives
  • Screening emails, responding and/or actioning decisively as required

What we’re looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years' work experience in a team environment as an administrative or customer service assistant, who is looking for the next step to becoming an executive assistant
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
  • High motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confidence with dealing with all different types of stakeholders
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management and workflow
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
