About the role:

The Associate Product Owner represents the needs of global users within the Field Inventory Management (FIM) community across all divisions. This role collaborates with global stakeholders and leaders in Quality, Global Supply Chain, Customer Care, Commercial, FIM and IT to identify business requirements and resolve issues related to implemented systems and processes. The incumbent will partner with systems and process owners along with project teams to find acceptable Salesforce solutions and optimize processes globally.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying business requirements; write and groom user stories to validate product features and design
  • Incorporating Agile, Lean, and User-Centered Design methodologies to execute product development, implementation and operations
  • Executing Salesforce test scripts and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing
  • Coordinating and participating in support team meetings such as standups, grooming sessions, retrospectives, and update calls; assist with planning and facilitating stakeholder and end-user meetings and workshops.
  • Supporting change management processes and facilitate training sessions for trainers and end users; create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to show adoption, trends, etc.
  • Sharing product updates with business stakeholders via demos, release notes, training documentation, videos or other user guides
  • Providing end-user support to manage and escalate unresolved issues; collaborate with other teams on global projects as necessary
  • Staying informed about the latest features, functionalities, and application capabilities of Salesforce to effectively meet business needs

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Salesforce experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience including documenting, interviewing; with IT and business partners
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams within an Agile framework
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to collect and evaluate business information to form

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience using SAP, Tableau and/or JIRA
  • Experience with order and field inventory management
  • Experience with medical device management processes
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals on all levels

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
