Job Description:
You will drive the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the checkout experience for millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and problem-focused payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Your day to day
In your day-to-day role you will:
Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to address customer and merchant needs.
Collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on your projects and can quickly build consensus.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements definition, design, development, and launch.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact.
Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation anddifferentiation.
Use data-driven insights to ideate, build, deploy, and analyze UX experiments to continuously improve the product and user experience
Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your initiatives
Collaborate with analytics, instrumentation, and integrations teams to define data and ingestion requirements needed to understand product performance
Diagnose and address performance issues
Drive continuous improvement through user testing, A/B testing, and other feedback mechanisms
What do you need to bring
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile or native apps, preferably in the payments or e-commerce industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of successfully launching product features at scale
Strong understanding of software development processes, including experience with Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-drivendecision-making.
