Job Description:


You will drive the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the checkout experience for millions of users worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and problem-focused payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your day to day

  • In your day-to-day role you will:

  • Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to address customer and merchant needs.

  • Collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on your projects and can quickly build consensus.

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements definition, design, development, and launch.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact.

  • Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation anddifferentiation.

  • Use data-driven insights to ideate, build, deploy, and analyze UX experiments to continuously improve the product and user experience

  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your initiatives

  • Collaborate with analytics, instrumentation, and integrations teams to define data and ingestion requirements needed to understand product performance

  • Diagnose and address performance issues

  • Drive continuous improvement through user testing, A/B testing, and other feedback mechanisms

What do you need to bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile or native apps, preferably in the payments or e-commerce industry.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching product features at scale

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, including experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-drivendecision-making.
