At least 12 years in Design/Digital agencies or in-house marketing communications departments.
At least 3 years of management experience leading a team of design talent.
A diverse and distinguished portfolio of integrated digital work, with in-depth experience in digital marketing and commerce environments.
Excellent written and spoken English skills for effective communication with international team members.
A Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of experience in information architecture and experience design.
Exposure to local culture in China and its unique digital landscape.
Portfolio shows applied knowledge of usability, user-centered design, and content strategy with logical and creative thinking. XD documents include sitemaps, flows, and wireframes.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills; can present and explain XD directions to a broad audience; and can contribute effectively during all phases of an interactive project.
Language ability in Chinese.
Fluent in analytics, usability tests, and other forms of qualitative and quantitative feedback with the ability to use analytics and user testing to inform the process.
Extensive experience with connections and content strategy and platform design, from large-scale marketing sites to transactional commerce sites.
Proficient in Web and app experience design and are familiar with current development technologies.
Understands the requirements of the creative process, including typical time and resources needed to produce quality work.
Experience leading and developing a team of individual contributors.
Ability to work at a strategic and execution level within a matrixed organization.
