And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.In this role, you will be responsible for the creation of standard work processes that drive improved safety, security, availability, and efficiency on a global scale. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, and service teams to gather requirements to develop, deploy, measure, automate, and streamline key operational processes.Key job responsibilities- Taking a bird’s eye view “Big Picture”, overseeing and ensuring integration between the specific process and other processes (e.g. safety, security, availability, capacity and scaling).
- Write clear and detailed SOPs and functional requirements.
- Ensure there is optimal fit between people, process, and technology (tools).
- Update related training modules / serve as Point of Contact (POC) to training function.
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application.- Have a sense for the degree and types of communications leadership, middle management, developers and technicians each require to be an effective communicator.
- Demonstrate the ability to earn trust with those that have different perspectives, backgrounds and skill sets.Amazon values diverse experiences. - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience defining and executing program requirements

- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
- Experience leading large and complex negotiations, risk and gap identification and mitigation
