Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, or Software Design Engineering
- Rich, hands-on involvement developing applications for Apple platforms
- Media industry experience providing audio and video solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of HTTP Live Streaming, FairPlay Protected Streaming, and related video playback technologies
- Expertise in encoding and packaging video using codecs such as MV-HEVC and HEVC.
- Experience with Xcode, Swift, and SwiftUI
- Fundamental understanding of modern app development techniques.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven public speaking and presentation skills
- Dedicated individual who understands Apple's high standards
- Highly professional, with proven experience in delivering solid work on tight schedules.
- Motivated, proactive, outgoing, and comfortable working in a loosely structured, collaborative organization
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
