Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Installed Product, Contract & Invoicing process, Service Order to Remittance/ On-demand Service. Drive data accuracy and use of the system as per standard processes.
- Service Delivery: Preventive Maintenance planning, field activities scheduling to support country operations. Work closely with the field, remote technical teams, and Customer Service Center (CSC) to provide a successful, consistent customer service interaction.
- Service Quality / Continuous Improvement: Drive in country service quality improvement, delivery process improvement, customer experience, digital technology, indirect channel partner operations performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including service engineers, service commercial, product development, business operations and customer service, to enhance overall customer satisfaction and product performance.
Quality / Compliance:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
- Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Work Experience: Fresh graduate or individuals with less than 2 years of experience
- Technical Skills: An understanding of supply chain and operations.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive process improvement and resolve issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and adapting to evolving priorities.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
