Agency Asset Manager I- Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements and property operating statements

• Conduct property inspections

• Review reserve draws

• Process lender consent requests, including related review of loan documents and other agreements

• Manage client relationships, providing excellent customer servicing while enforcing loan document/lender requirements.

• Perform ongoing risk analysis, ensuring timely risk detection and appropriate monitoring

• Prepare loan and portfolio level status reports

• Comply with all Investor monitoring and reporting requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 4 years of experience in commercial real estate

• At least 3 years of government-sponsored enterprise experience with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac or commercial mortgage-backed security experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics

• 3+ years of experience with Fannie Mae loan asset management

• Certified MBA property inspector

• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial analyses

• Proficiency in analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, and borrower financial statements and in modeling complex financial scenarios

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

McLean, VA: $127,500 - $145,500 for Agency Asset Manager I Plano, TX: $115,900 - $132,200 for Agency Asset Manager IThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
