Project Manager HVAC Service Projects Responsibilities - Overall responsibility for completing assigned projects in line with the required specifications
- Develop the project timeline, coordinate the engineering, organize the commissioning
- Request the purchase of goods and services and follow-up the delivery
- Track and report monthly the progress of the project (works and financial)
- Identify and manage scope changes timely
- Master or Bachelor degree (electro mechanics, electronics) or relevant technical experience
- Experience in a project management role (minimum 3 years)
- Knowledge of a project methodology (PMI, PMBOK) is an asset
- Relevant knowledge of and experience in security systems (access control, cctv, burglary) and fire detection installations.
- Certification ‘Projecteringsdeskundige’ is a strong asset.
- Mothertongue Dutch, fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
- Comply with EHS and Quality standards
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are required
- Being able to work independent
- You meet deadlines and are flexible
