Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery.

Defines objectives and key results for all four products.

Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad.

Measure the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for the in-scope products and make informed decisions which will lead to TCO optimization.

Drive release and operational support planning and execution.

Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies.

Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders.

Agile and/or Product Management Certifications

Exposure to Global Workplace Management applications and technologies, including industry trends.

Experience managing a globally distributed implementation squad.

Previous experience in facilities management applications

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected US salary range:

$139,600.00 - $219,700.00
