What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 4+ years in concrete framework, site layout, and concrete finish. Minimum 4+ years of verifiable experience as a Carpenter
- Obsessive attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- The ability to read and understand drawings and specifications as well as to contribute to creating field use drawings
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying hazards
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree ofinitiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
- Extensive knowledge in using hand and power tools
- The ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
- Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field walks
- Ability to produce as-built drawings for work performed
- Ability to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required
- Personal hand tools, tool belts, and other small personal tools(power tools are company provided)
- Experience operating excavator, bobcat, scissor lifts, boomlifts, and forklifts is a plus
- OSHA-10 Preferred
