As a lead concrete finisher and installer, you will beexpected to contribute on job sites in Northern California and Southern California, The Southwest US, and Pacific Northwest US. This is a travel based position for which nearly all work will occur on the road.

Job durations will range from 1-3 weeks and will be undertaken by a cross functional team of 4-6 members handling all trades required to get the work done, together. The crew will remain consistent throughout the job and also from job to job allowing for team cohesion and improvement as a group.

• Minimum 4+ years in concrete framework, site layout, and concrete finish. Minimum 4+ years of verifiable experience as a Carpenter
• Obsessive attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
• The ability to read and understand drawings and specifications as well as to contribute to creating field use drawings
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying hazards
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have a high degree ofinitiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
• Extensive knowledge in using hand and power tools
• The ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions

• Ability to produce parts lists and work plans based on drawings or field walks
• Ability to produce as-built drawings for work performed
• Ability to complete job scopes outside of typical core competencies as required
• Personal hand tools, tool belts, and other small personal tools(power tools are company provided)
• Experience operating excavator, bobcat, scissor lifts, boomlifts, and forklifts is a plus
• OSHA-10 Preferred
