Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
- 10+ years of Project Construction Management experience within Healthcare.
- Experience in design management as this will be Master Planner Heavy
- 10+ years of experience managing large programs with projects in construction values excess of $100 million
- Strong working knowledge in design and construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, environmental and LEED applications, team building and client relationship building.
