What the Candidate Will Do: Bonus Points
- Support, execute, and iterate on Pricing Strategy and Tactics tailored to the French Market: Design and implement data-driven pricing frameworks to enhance supply-demand balance in the marketplace. Analyze market trends and performance metrics to make informed recommendations on pricing adjustments.
- Execute Marketplace Pricing Projects: Work closely with EMEA Operations and local teams to align on pricing strategies. Manage the lifecycle of pricing initiatives, including experimentation, rollout, and ongoing optimization.
- Data Analysis and Decision Support: Build analytical models to assess the impact of pricing on marketplace dynamics. Provide actionable insights through rigorous data analysis and hypothesis testing.
- Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop comprehensive, data-backed frameworks and models to drive marketplace decisions (such as investment and pricing) in the region and optimize overall marketplace efficiency.
What the Candidate Will Need / Basic Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, etc) and spreadsheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
Preferred Qualifications / Bonus Points:
- Preferred experience in operations, logistics, consultancy, or a related field.
- Spoken and written French fluency is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
