In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning and execution process within the Industrial Automation business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning), supply planning, inventory and replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.
Approval of Oracle sales orders to the ePSR project schedule needs
Manage ISC first promise on all orders and current promise weekly for project schedules based on project manager feedback
Liaison between project schedule needs and site production plan
Develop and execute the monthly SIOP supply plan and associated initiatives to achieve on-time shipments and a constrained master production plan per demonstrated capacity along with current lead times
Leads rough cut capacity meetings for the site
Drive efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material a supply schedule Anticipate and mitigate implications of problems and gaps to the plan and accurately communicate/escalate

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
• Strong project management skills
• Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/Oracle/SAP systems • Bachelor's Degree in Materials Management, Operations, or related field
• Experience in SIOP, Inventory Management, and Procurement Logistics
• APICS or CPIM Certification
