Job Description

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Act as a single point of contact for any Business Analysis needs in the area of Cornerstone + Data Services Product Team.

• Manage End to End life cycle of converting a business requirement to fully realized value product outcomes.

• Work closely together with DnA IT Product Managers and business stakeholders to define requirements, perform business analysis, backlog, priorities and ensure their execution with Value Team.

• Other key functions include defining functional requirements, predicting trends, mapping business processes, ensuring compliance, performing market research, facilitating testing and quality assurance

• Analyze and support market business use cases realization utilizing DnA capabilities.

• Align with DnA Value teams to have a good understanding on the product evolution backlog and roadmap.

• Facilitate discussions/workshop with business partners to understand current and future state businessprocesses/requirements

• Produce and maintain documentation to support the SDLC process and platform rollouts

Required Skills:

• MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent with relevant experience in Computer Science

• 7+ year experience in IT management or consultancy within the healthcare environment

• 5+ Years or above IT experience in Data and analytics field (preferred Pharma commercial domain).

• Implementation experience as Business Analyst regional/ global data platforms & reporting systems.

• Should have managed multiple teams/projects for multiple markets on regional/global level. Ability to work in a global team culture and adjustable timezones.

• Knowledge of Databases, ETL and BI reporting tools would be highly regarded

• English language proficiency (both verbal and written)

• Experience with business process modelling and analysis

• Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Experienced in obtaining and documenting business and functional requirements

• Experienced in developing and managing user acceptance testing

• Experience with change and communications management

• Experience and familiarity with waterfall software development lifecycle methodology, agile software development lifecycle methodology an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinker and problem solving skills with a strong understanding of commercial business processes

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a geographically disbursed environment

Preferred skills:

• Experience with cloud-based / SaaS solutions is a distinct advantage

• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks & pharma regulations

• Analytical thinker demonstrating experience in optimising Sales & Marketing business processes

• Superior written, listening, communication and influencing skills

• The ability to advocate new ideas, even when risks are involved

• Adaptive, collaborative & experimental, continuous learning

• Pharma sales & Marketing in depth knowledge
