About the role:

  • Your responsibilities will include:
    • Partner with local sales teams to provide analytical insights, uncover account trends, and support opportunity management.
    • Identify growth opportunities within the division by analyzing trends, performance metrics, and relevant external data.
    • Develop customized business reviews that incorporate regional market conditions and unique customer challenges.
    • Provide tailored training sessions focused on corporate tools and initiatives, including Tableau and Salesforce.
    • Partner with Region Managers to develop relevant content and deliver training on Sales Enablement tools and resources.
    • Support key initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews and GPO Contract launches by working closely with Region Managers.
    • Drive process improvement activities to maximize resource efficiency and operational output.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Finance, etc.) to support broader commercial initiatives and ensure alignment with divisional objectives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by supporting team wide adoption of new tools and processes.
    • Contribute to team development through training efforts, onboarding support, and promoting professional development opportunities.
  • What we're looking for in you:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or financial analyst.
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving experience.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operational challenges.
    • Strong back office application skills, including expert level Excel and some exposure to MS Access, Salesforce, SQL and some programming languages.
    • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service.
    • Travel 10%-20% of the time required.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Organization skills and the ability to handle work of a highly confidential nature.
    • Desire to work in a collaborative, teamwork-oriented environment.
    • 3+ years of experience within medical device industry.
    • At least 3 years supporting field sales organization.

Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
