Job Responsibilities

As an employee in SaT, you will take part in transaction advisory from preparatory processes to final negotiations. We assist our clients in creating insights and driving decisions through various tasks related to:

  • Due diligence (financial company reviews)
  • Valuation
  • Financial business modelling
  • Assessment of transaction structures
  • Input to sales and share purchase agreements
  • Ongoing client dialogue and follow-up
  • Analysis of markets and companies in connection with the preparation of offers or execution of transactions

As part of the team, you will have the chance to work in various areas, while also gaining expertise in either due diligence or valuation/modeling. Through practical experience, individuals will become specialists in certain subjects and sectors within the Norwegian financial industry.

Qualifications for the Position

  • Higher economic education with good academic results
  • We are looking for candidates with two to six years of work experience from accounting, auditing, consulting, and advisory services, or other relevant industry backgrounds, such as financial/credit analysis, budgeting, modeling, or strategy development
  • Good understanding of numbers and accounting
  • Strong presentation skills in English, both written and oral. Norwegian is an advantage
  • Proactive and able to quickly understand new issues

  • Be strong at planning, prioritizing, and delivering within given deadlines
  • Be able to engage and build relationships
