Drive and own Technical Program Management for large, complex and business critical initiatives with contributing teams across functions, spanning organizations, and spread over multiple time-zones.
Develop & deliver program plans that encompass all phases of planning, implementation, production readiness, launch and support defining a cross-functional program structure.
Establish program operating rhythms leading cross-functional meetings and fostering teamwork. Quickly and effectively identify and clarify the critical few issues and drive appropriate decisions and actions. Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in executive teams, product management & engineering, and various cross-functional teams to effectively drive towards program outcomes
Use data, principles and risk mitigation to assess progress to plan. Communicate progress, report status, providing relevant insights across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive.
Manage and track program execution to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery by working through risks, and interdependencies.
Thrive in bringing clarity amidst ambiguity and chaos with effective conflict resolution and empathy.
Qualifications
7+ years of Program Management experience leading and delivering complex programs.
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence at all levels.
Proven ability in anticipating and managing risks in the program.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and consultative skills; driving effective decision-making.
Ability to communicate objectives, plans, status and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, related fields or equivalent practical experience.
PMP, Agile certifications or equivalent demonstrated practical technical program management experience is desired.
