Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Demonstrating procurement or supply chain operations experience in vendor management, cost modeling and capacity planning for managing a commodity in direct or indirect domain
- Performing Project Management for NPI programs from development through production builds by working with cross-functional teams and leading issue resolution to closure
- Conducting supply chain assessment to identify and mitigate financial, compliance, geographical, or any other associated supply chain risks with existing and new suppliers
- Performing should cost and bottoms-up cost modeling for components and modules based on the raw material and manufacturing process inputs from the technical teams
- Executing and analyzing RFI/RFQ/RFP to identify new business opportunities at new or existing supply base in order to award business with a strategic and long-term approach
- Conducting forecasting and Supply/Demand/Capacity planning and management for components and modules in the interconnect commodity, and working with suppliers to ensure that demand is fulfilled on weekly basis
- Negotiating pricing with suppliers for new as well as existing parts based on should costs and external market conditions
