Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Broad range of HR knowledge, exposure to Center of Excellence (CoE) disciplines and local Employment law.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
