Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Qualification or equivalent AND 6+ years experience providing business support for a 24x7x365 production environment.
    • OR equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Technical College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 12+ years’ experience in Critical Environment infrastructures (e.g., UPS (Uninterruptable Power Systems), Generator, AHU (Air Handling Units))
  • 6+ years of relevant finance, or business planning and/or workforce management work experience with an analytical foundation
  • Enterprise-level experience in Datacenter infrastructure (e.g., UPS, Generator, AHU)
  • PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office skills

  • Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise related to the delivery of datacenter-centric staffing services, and by exercising financial stewardship over datacenter labor budget.
  • Solve complex staffing challenges to address critical demand and supply scenarios for various roles across CO+I.
  • Prepare and support quarterly and annual financial planning cycles in close collaboration with corporate, regional, and datacenter stakeholders.
  • Act on opportunities to increase staffing, recruiting, planning agility, and contribute to workstreams to evolve processes, planning accuracy, workforce-related services, and solutions for the CO+I organization.
  • Drive the availability of headcount related data insights and actively participated in defining reporting requirements and staffing model changes in collaboration with data analyst team.
  • Ensure regular engagements with CO+I organizations to understand policies, processes, and aim to increase self-service for routine tasks.
  • Advocate for Workforce Strategy & Planning Team (WSP) and educate leaders, people managers and CO+I organizations on how the WSP Team can help them reach their business goals and execute financial plans.

  • Written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and concisely with stakeholders and organizational leaders about our staffing programs and objectives.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback for workforce strategy & planning services and integrate this feedback into decision making and program improvements.
  • Develop and communicate realistic timelines via plans that consider potential obstacles and immediate and long-term consequences.
  • Understand staffing and capacity related business objectives, critically review multiple plans, and adjust as needed. Proactively communicate and address necessary trade-offs.
  • Regularly scan the environment to help anticipate changes that could affect key staffing programs and projects. Effectively adjusts plans, goals, actions, or priorities to respond to changing situations.
