As a machine learning scientist of our team, you will work with Business partner, Product Owners and machine learning engineer building machine learning solutions and improving existing Compliance risk management effectiveness and efficiency. You’ll estimate engineering efforts, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and triage production issues. You need to be dynamic, collaborative and curious, as you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where continuous experimentation and innovation are a given.

Job Description:

KeyResponsibilities:

• business partners and stake holders to understand the business, identify trends, perform root cause analysis and test hypotheses, come up with the solutions and communicate complex concepts and the results of the models and analyses to technical and non-technical audience.
• Design, develop and deploy real-time advance machine learning models to solve Compliance business problems, to ensure compliance to regulation, enhance internal risk controls and improve operational efficiency to enable the best user experience, using data science.

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science or engineering field is desired
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proven track record of building and implementing machine learning solutions
• Hands on machine learning expertise in Python. Familiar with various Machine Learning algorithms and Statistical methods. Experience in using pytorch or tensorflow.
• Have a passion for working on big data and professional experience in data mining, statistical analysis, predictive modeling and data manipulation.
• Ability to deal with large amount of data and fluency with SQL or SQL-like tools.
• Financial services or eCommerce experience a big plus
