Work collaboratively with Facilities Maintenance, Design, Operations, Process Engineering and Controls and other cross functional teams as the expert to ensure factory’s utility equipment run in a safe, efficient manner to minimize production downtime
Develop/Improve reliability requirements for design phase that includes full life cycle feedback
Develop/Improve Preventative Maintenance (PM) program by use of Criticality, FMEA, RCM tools to identify failure modes and the mitigations to insure minimal impact on production
Responsible for continuous process optimization based on Reliability requirements of the system/equipment
Support metrics that track field reliability performance
Perform data analysis to predict and curb failures before they occur
Become owner / subject matter expert to drive equipment-related process improvement including detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Build training material, maintenance routines, service bulletins, one-point lessons and related documentation related to cradle to grave equipment life cycle management
Identify equipment critical spare parts and ensure sufficient coverage to prevent extended downtime situations
Provide hands-on support to maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve extended downtime situations
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience as an equipment engineer of facilities process systems/equipment or experience in design phase and or with utilities process systems (HVAC, Dry Air, Compressed air, Hydronics, Boilers etc.)
Working knowledge of TPM, RCM, FMEA and PdM programs
