About the position:
Under limited supervision, responsible for maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, calibration and repair on a variety of components, medical devices specifically Lasers.
Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve the service delivery norms to attain the high level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to repair and troubleshoot critical medical devices on site.
Track the service contract renewals and ensure that they are renewed timely.
Proactively close the routine spares requirement to avoid delay in maintenance.
Escalate critical issues to concerned group for ensuring timely action.
Maintain the metrics as set for field activities like installation, troubleshooting etc.
Maintain the log of all service records for the customers.
Utility of digital tools like Service Max (Sales Force) for documenting the work at site.
Track and upkeep the tools as required for service of the devices.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Bio Medical Engineering stream.
Instruments handled: Surgical Lasers, Imaging systems, critical medical devices.
Proven experience of 1+ years in handling calibration, servicing of medical devices.
Experience in handling customer issues with good communication skills.
Have a “Can-Do “attitude and willingness to be hands on with persistency and urgency in following up and ensure timely executions.
Flexible to accept the customer queries and ready to travel as and when required.
Experience in MS Excel, Word and on tools like Service Max will be an advantage
