You’ll make an impact by:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and in close alignment with our Vertical Sales and OEM Sales organizations.
- Analyzes the market, business targets, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers and makes recommendations to ensure effective Partner go-to-market strategies. Identifies new Solution Provider partner candidates for consideration.
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set development goals for team members.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with Solution Provider partners, ensuring mutual success and growth.
- Collaborate with Solution Provider partners to develop market development strategies and planning.
- Drive Solution Provider partner sales performance through effective planning, forecasting, and monitoring.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Implement initiatives to optimize channel efficiency, improve sales, and enhance overall performance.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align Solution Provider partner strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with Solution Provider partners and evaluate performance against contractual obligations.
- Report on Solution Provider partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of work experience in a large corporate setting leading sales, marketing and/or business development activities.
- 5+ years managing teams with several direct reports in a sales environment.
- Prior experience with Executive relationship building
- Prior experience leading multiple resources managing partners
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in front of large audiences.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to travel up to 40% on an annual basis.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters' degree in Business or Engineering related program
- Prior experience in Automation and digitalization
- Prior experience selling software and/or automation

- The pay range for this position is $120,540 - $206,640 and the annual incentive target is 42% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
